My Diamond Art has a 30-day money back guarantee return policy if the
product is defective or has not been used or damaged in any way. My Diamond
Art strives for 100% customer satisfaction and will attempt to resolve any
issue. **Shipping is not refundable**
Will you have to return your product?
Yes, all damaged products must be returned to My Diamond Art to receive a
refund.Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in
the original box and/or packaging.
**We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially completed diamond paintings
- Fully completed diamond paintings
- Custom kits
Who pays for return shipping fees?
My Diamond Art does not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return
shipping charges.
When will you receive your refund?
As soon as the product is returned and inspected please allow up to 48-72
hours for initiation of your refund. Once your refund has been initiated,
deposit times may vary based on your banking establishments transfer times.
